CONSUMER UNIT REPLACEMENT
The Consumer unit or "Fuseboard" is the distribution hub of your electrical circuits. A replacement consumer unit may be recommended to increase the safety of your electrical installation. It may also be required before additions or alterations can take place.

We supply and install high quality units such as Hager with Surge Protection and featuring Type 'A' RCBOs for circuit segregation as standard, therefore if the circuit is damaged or an item of connected equipment becomes faulty you will only lose power to a single circuit.
ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING
We are qualified to install Electric Vehicle Charging Points. We are myenergi and EO Approved Installers and a Podpoint Certified Domestic Installer.
We do not wish to be part of the government OZEV scheme so please contact us directly if you own or are considering purchasing an electric vehicle and require charging facilities.
EXTERIOR LIGHTING AND POWER
Many outdoor spaces can be improved with some lighting effects such as illuminating a pathway, patio area or some garden focal points.
Perhaps you need a socket for your pressure washer or lawnmower.
Security lighting can be a great deterrent for thieves.

TESTING & INSPECTING
Electrical Installation Condition Reporting (EICRs) previously known as Periodic Inspections provide you with a report into the condition of your electrical installation.

Electrical Installations should be checked periodically to ensure their safety and compliance. It is a recommendation to have this undertaken when purchasing a new property, and before a consumer unit replacement.
From 1st July 2020 all new tenancies, and from 1st April 2021 all existing tenancies will require an electrical safety check to be in place.

We undertake a thorough inspection and carry out all associated testing to provide an honest and detailed report highlighting any faults and recommendations.

SOLAR PV
We have had experience working on Solar PV systems however Frampton Electrical Services Ltd. are not MCS certified so cannot install Solar PV. If this is a service you are interested in please contact us as we can recommend a local company.

If you already have Solar PV installed we can install a solar power diverter such as the Earthwise SOLiC 200, which can be used to route the unused generated power to heat your hot water using your immersion heater.
​
We are a myenergi approved installer and can supply and fit their eddi device which can also be used to power multiple heaters. This pairs nicely with the myenergi hub & app, especially if you have or are considering a zappi Electric Vehicle charger.
